• I am an economist graduated from Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW in Poland and CAH University of Applied Science in The Netherlands. In 2004 I have defended my Ph.D. I finished also postgraduate studies in pedagogic in 2009. And in 2018 I have received the tenure (habilitation) . In 2020, I was promoted to the position of university professor. The high school I have graduated as a gardener.
  • Since 2005 I am working as a senior lecturer at Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW . At WULS-SGGW I am also responsible for the quality assurance as Plenipotentiary of the Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences (since 2008) and Plenipotentiary of the Rector (since 2013).
  • From 2007 to 2014 I have been working as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Information Management of  Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology. From 2000 to 2005 I have been working as an international manager and a senior financial analyst in Creditreform Poland - the business research and information agency, a member of Creditreform Group. From 1996 to 1998, being a student, I was employed in the Information Office of the Association of Organic Producers in Poland - Ekoland.
  • Moreover, since 1998 I am advising international and national organisations in the fields of the agri-food sector, rural development and environment protection. I am also an auditor in the Polish Centre for Accreditation. I do assess applications for the EU founds a.a. for Marshal's Office of the Mazovia Province too. From 2010 to 2015 I was an expert of organic farming of the European Commission. And from 2012 to 2017 I was a member of Polish Team Europe group - the European Commission's expert group. From 2011 to 2015 I have been giving pro bono lectures at Childrens' University.
  • My work focuses on issues related to economics and management. I do research knowlegde-based bioeconomy, socio-economic processes in the complex adaptive systems and the economic issues of the co-existence between products coming from different production systems in the value supply chains. Furthermore, I work on the matters related to institutions and institutional governance, technologies and innovations' economics and management.
  • I participate as a scientific investogator and/or manager of the components related to economics and management in many research and application projects, i.e. Co-Extra, VitiSmart, or potatoMETAbiome
  • Apart from my study abroad, I did also travel to many countries for other professional trainings, scholar- and fellowships. I received Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship and a scholarship of Socrates and Erasmus programmes.
  • Privately, together with my family, like to travel and discover the world. I like also to take photos, formely in analog, nowadyas more in a digital form.
